Refund Policy
Mutual respect is the foundation of genuine harmony
This refund policy is easy to understand and built on mutual respect and commitment. Here are my simple refund rules.
- My workshops and classes are only small, with up to 8 students. Therefore, it is essential that I fill those spaces. I trust you understand I must commit to each class and cannot cancel for any reason without having to reimburse your money. That is why I give voice for the same mutual respect.
- I do, however, allow cancellation of a class or workshop per e-mail, that is in writing, for up to three weeks before commencement for a full refund. All cancellations later than three weeks prior will occur a $50 drop out fee. A further option is to save the money as a credit for future courses, preventing a total loss of the cost.
- No refunds will be issued after first class of term commencement.
Because of the small number of classes, I don’t offer make-up lessons. So please take this into account when booking.
I believe this to be a mutually fair agreement in terms of commitment on both sides and am excited to see you in one of my classes or workshops.
