Refund Policy
Mutual respect is the foundation of genuine harmony
This refund policy is easy to understand and built on mutual respect and commitment. Here are my simple refund rules.
- My workshops and classes are only small, with up to 9 students. Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL that I fill spaces. I trust you understand that I must commit to each class and cannot cancel for any reason without having to reimburse your money. That is why I give voice for the same mutual respect for your attendance.
- I do, however, allow cancellation of a class or workshop per e-mail, that is in writing, for up to two weeks before commencement. A $5 fee applies**.
- All cancellations later than two weeks prior will occur a $50 drop out fee.
- No refunds will be issued 7 days before a workshop or after term commencement.
Because of the small number of classes, I don’t offer make-up lessons. So please take this into account when booking.
I believe this to be a mutually fair agreement in terms of commitment on both sides and am excited to see you in one of my classes or workshops.
**Please note that I have to charge a $5 fee as Square has changed their refund policy and do not refund their fees. This applies only to students who have paid through the Website. This fee doesn't apply to direct deposit payments into my account, which is only offered for students of my weekly ongoing classes after one term.
